I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and I have seen how yoga has become such an incredibly important part of my life. I can see what a positive influence it has had on my general wellbeing – I feel happier, stronger mentally and physically, more present and calmer. My wish and goal would be that I would be able to help people to access and practice the benefits of yoga and enable them to have such a positive experience as I have had.
I have been working with vulnerable people for over 15 years, including children and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression and addiction. Over these years I have seen how these people have struggled and how conventional treatment methods work well with a combination of alternative methods. This helps these people to recover well from their difficult illnesses and experiences in life.
I believe Yoga can work as an intervention by giving us a better awareness about our body and mind and thus teach us how to take better care of our body/mind. Yoga has so many benefits and can work as much as prevention.
I have experience in teaching Multi Style Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Neck, Shoulders, Back and Yoga Therapy for Stress and Anxiety, for Cooperative Business, in Community Centres and Gyms.
My teachings include mindful movement ,stretching, strengthening, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation. I can adjust the body to help people and choose the right modifications for every individual need. I can help you design a yoga practise that will support you to feel calm, relaxed and energised.

I joined Ewa's yoga class in January this year and I love it.
